PARTNER WITH US
We believe that true impact begins with small, intentional actions
Become a partner
We believe the most powerful partnerships are built on true collaboration. Whether you're a business, a foundation, or an individual supporter, we work side by side to create partnerships that reflect your values and deliver real impact for women and girls affected by conflict and displacement. From corporate team away days and fundraising campaigns to long-term programme funding and monthly donations, we design partnerships that make a tangible difference.
We’re always looking to team up with brands and businesses who share our mission. If you're looking to collaborate on, purpose-led projects, we’d love to hear from you.

Corporate Team Away Days
Our corporate partnerships go beyond traditional CSR. We design team away days built around real challenges from our programmes, not simulated exercises. Your team works on an active brief, and leaves having contributed something we can actually use.
What corporate partners get:
Direct insight into TLF's work across mental health, livelihoods, protection, and education programming
Expert facilitation from TLF's team, including Taban Shoresh OBE, grounded in nearly a decade of operational experience in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq
A structured session connected to a tangible outcome for our work
Other partnership opportunities:
Fundraising campaigns and co-branded activations
Employee fundraising and matched giving
Media partnerships
Pro bono support (legal, marketing, technology)

Case Study: Ninety One x The Lotus Flower
Ninety One's UK Technology Team - 60 people, from graduates to their CTO - spent an afternoon at their London offices working on an active TLF brief: how to build a digital platform that verifies AI-generated deepfakes targeting women in conflict-affected regions.
Engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and compliance specialists worked in structured sprint teams. By the end of the session they had produced wireframes, a data dashboard concept, a compliance risk assessment, and a donor pitch framework - all of which fed directly into TLF's technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV) project.
Ninety One's team created a working prototype. The Lotus Flower left with material we could take to funders and advocacy partners.
We welcome partnerships with trusts and foundations that fund long-term, locally led programming. Our work is sustained by flexible, multi-year support that allows us to maintain the quality and continuity our communities depend on.

When the 2024 funding crisis led to the phase-out of hundreds of NGOs across the Kurdistan Region, we maintained our operations and expanded. That's only possible because of sustained support from individual donors.
Why monthly giving matters
Monthly donations allow us to plan beyond the next funding cycle. When you set up a regular gift, we can commit to running our programmes and strengthening the organisation without the constant uncertainty of one off funding. A £20 monthly donation gives us £240 of predictable income we can build around. That predictability is what kept our doors open when hundreds of other organisations had to close.
Individual giving
Our partners and supporters
The growth of our projects and impact of our work would not be possible without the help of our generous partners and supporters.
Together we can change her story. Change the world.
