1.     Background

The Lotus Flower organization will implement the Lotus Flower Women, Peace and Security (WPS) Centre project, which is part of the SPACE project funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft fürInternationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. which aims to empower youth, especially women and girls to actively engage in peacebuilding processes, conflict resolution, and community leadership. A key component of this project is to conduct one research paper on some outstanding issues related to Women, Peace and Security 1325 and other topics related to women’s rights.

2.     Objective of the Assignment

To ensure cleanliness for health and safety, using specialized cleaning techniques, or optimizing efficiency

4.Required Qualifications

Physical and Operational Requirements

1.       Physical stamina: Capability to stand, bend, and lift heavy items up to 50 lbs.

2.       Manual dexterity: Agility to operate heavy machinery and reach tight spaces daily.

3.       Time management: Capacity to complete shift checklists independently under tight schedules.

Technical and Safety Skills

  1. Chemical safety: Knowledge of WHMIS, OSHA, or local safe chemical handling rules.

  2. Equipment operation: Proficiency with industrial buffers, extractors, and commercial vacuums.

  3. Sanitation protocols: Understanding of deep-cleaning, cross-contamination, and infection control procedures.
